Great knurling, weight and size. Tough and beautiful at the same rate. Only problem was transport that caused blemishes in one side of the bar.

I have many band bars, but the bantam is the smoothest I have ever used. Extremely easy to add and removes bands. The feel is perfect. The closest to the feel of a bench press with weights you can get. I use a standard bench, double the band up under the bench and hook it on to the bar. Love the feel and movement when doing bench presses.

Wow these handles are awesome. The quality is top notch. Each movement with them feels balanced. The knurling feels really good and provides good grip.

I've got all of the "heaviest" resistance bands on the market: X3 Elite, Blue Kong, Mammoth, Quantum XL, Quantum XXL, SS Yellow, and The White PO is harder than all of them!

The bar has a feel to it that you just don’t want to put down & the hooks are nothing less than sensational - quick & easy to load & once your band or bands are in - its with certainty you can really work with.
Love the tension master ( something I was at first a little unsure I’d get on with ) but changing band length & starting tension to get the absolute most out of each & every band is also quick, easy & assured
The combination of bands that come with it are also top quality, with more than enough resistance options for incredible workouts

The bar is amazing but as a person that owns every brand of resistance band bars, these hooks change everything. There is no slack regardless of bar or band lengths

The Travel bar is an excellent product to workout with. Nicely made with the ability to take apart for people on the go. Highly recommended.

Bantam PO Set

I own a couple of the popular resistance band systems on the market and for myself, I find that the HeavyDuty PO Set is the better system all around. Very high quality product along with the ability to shorten the bands to have more resistance from start to finish is what sets them apart. Excellent customer service with fast shipping and very low shipping rates. I will be ordering the shorter Bantam Bar next.

The bar is very well made and it feels very good holding it. The hook design also keeps the bands stable on the hooks unlike the standard metal hooks. I highly recommend this bar.

I have two bars from HeavyDuty Bar and they both are awesome! The quality is there and so is the workmanship and the owners truly poured their hearts into making a stellar fitness product. The Bantam and the PO series are both stellar and if you can only get one, you can’t go wrong with either one of them. I love the fact you can customize the bar before it ships in a thicker grip or bigger hooks. As for the hooks, they spin like butter and the bars feel so solid in the hands. I will for sure be getting more stuff from them and will possibly be looking into a few sets of their resistance bands and their incoming handles and hopefully a curl bar down the road if it’s coming hopefully soon!
