Warranty & Liability • All our products come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. • We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, modifications, or improper handling of our products. • To claim warranty, contact info@heavydutybar.com with proof of purchase and images of the defect. 7. Limitation of Liability • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. • We are not responsible for indirect damages, including loss of income or injuries resulting from product use. 8.
