My Bantam Set arrived incredibly fast and was perfectly packaged. After 8 years of experience training with resistance bands using various DIY setups (plywood plates and handles), I can confidently say this is the ultimate upgrade that will deliver superior results for many years to come.
I spent a long time debating between HDB and X3, and I am 100% sure I made the right choice—HDB is simply a class above. Also, I much prefer the hook design on the HDB compared to the Harambe System; it feels more intuitive and secure.
The workout experience is phenomenal. It feels very similar to training with free weights, but with the unique added benefits of variable resistance. The best part is that you get a full-body gym experience in just 2 square meters, without ever needing to leave your home.
A special mention goes to the Tension Masters & Elevators. They are a game-changer for adjusting band tension. This is most noticeable during deadlifts (my favorite exercise), where having high tension from the lowest point is crucial.
Finally, I have to praise their customer service again—they are professional, fair, and truly stand by their products. I highly recommend Heavy Duty Bar to anyone, from beginners to veterans!

The All-Rounder: More Than Just a Curl Bar
This is my latest addition to the collection of products I own from this company. I’ve been putting the EZ curl bar through its paces, and honestly, it’s a beast.
First off, the build quality is excellent—it feels solid and premium. The highlight for me is the perfect volcano knurling. It’s super grippy without being "cheese-grater" sharp, so you get a secure hold every time.
While it’s obviously great for curls, it’s surprisingly effective for a ton of exercises. I’ve actually been using it for front squats and Zercher squats; the shape makes the rack position way more comfortable than a standard straight bar. Also excellent for skull crushers and bent over rows.
If you want a versatile, high-quality bar that can handle more than just arm day, this is the one.

I feel strong like Batman in Gotham City holding Bantam Bar
The bar is very well made and it feels very good holding it. The hook design also keeps the bands stable on the hooks unlike the standard metal hooks. I highly recommend this bar.
